  7. "Participating Restaurant" is a third party that has agreed to co-operate with us to prepare and/or deliver Goods or Services;
  8. "Food Delivery" refers to perishable goods and any delivery service provided by our Participating Restaurants, who are fully responsible;
  9. "Website/Mobile app" refers to our website https://www.theTastetosphere.com or our mobile applications.

Section 3: Ordering

  1. Any contract for Food Delivery is between you and the Participating Restaurant; for Goods/Services, the contract is between you and Tastetosphere.
  2. Goods and Services are for your own use only and not for resale.
  3. You may be required to register an email and password. Keep them secure.
  4. We strive to keep your order and payment details secure but aren't liable for unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.
  5. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  6. Participating Restaurant confirms availability to Tastetosphere, who will notify you via SMS.
  7. Tastetosphere will confirm Goods availability if ordered separately.
  8. Delivery details will be specified in the confirmation.
  9. In case of unavailability or delivery issues, you will be notified by SMS or phone call.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

  1. Accurate personal and payment details are your responsibility.
  2. Prices are listed as received from restaurants and may vary at delivery.
  3. We will try to notify you of any price changes so you can cancel if needed.
  4. Prices for Tastetosphere or its partners may change without notice.
  5. Total price including delivery and applicable charges will be displayed before checkout.

Section 5: Cancellation

  1. Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless:
    • (a) We couldn't deliver the order
    • (b) We cancel or reject the order for reasons not attributable to you

Section 6: Information

  1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested.
  2. You authorize us to process your personal data to fulfill services.
  3. You can request a copy of your stored personal information.

  2. We are not liable for food-related issues from Participating Restaurants.
  3. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you, and does not affect your statutory rights.
  4. We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by external factors or third parties.
  5. Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, law changes) may affect performance.
  6. If impacted by Force Majeure, we may prioritize certain orders at our discretion.
  7. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses or third-party claims.
  8. We secure your data to the best of our ability but can’t be held responsible for breaches beyond our control.
  9. Abuse of discount codes or vouchers can lead to service denial and legal action.
  10. Offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Section 10: General

  1. All prices are in INR.
  2. We may subcontract or assign rights without your consent.
  3. Terms and Conditions may change without notice.
  4. Payment must be made at the time of order via online methods.
  5. Do not use automated systems or collect user data from our platform.
  6. Do not misuse communication systems or share voucher codes publicly.
